How can I get in touch with customer support?  Please email hello@shopvintagesocial.com for any customer service support.

Can I cancel my order?  We can only cancel your order prior to it shipping, meaning before a shipping label is made. Once a label is made, we can no longer cancel an order. Please contact customer service with your order number as soon as possible to cancel an order.

Can I change/edit my shipping address?  We can only edit a shipping address prior to shipping the order, meaning prior to a shipping label being made. Once a label has been made, we can no longer edit the shipping address. Please contact customer service with your order number as soon as possible to edit your shipping address.

What about customs fees, duties and taxes?  Please note that all customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the pricing or shipping costs.
